How does the free trial work?
30 days of full access. Sign up with your email, pick monthly or annual, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. You get 30 articles during the trial to evaluate the product. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account downgrades to the free tier. No exit fees, no questions asked.
What happens if I need more than 30 articles in a month?
30 articles is a hard cap per billing period. You can't exceed it on the standard plan. If you consistently need more volume, reach out and we'll work something out.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each billing period. This is a use-it-or-lose-it plan. We priced the monthly article cap to match a healthy content cadence (roughly one article per day).
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, via our payment processor LemonSqueezy. All major cards are accepted. Payments process in USD.
Is the annual discount really 20%?
Yes. Monthly billing is $150/mo = $1,800/yr. Annual billing is $1,440/yr = $120/mo effective. You save $360 per year by paying upfront.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes. Switch from your billing page any time. If you upgrade from monthly to annual, you get the 20% discount applied to your next billing cycle.
Is there a refund policy?
We don't offer refunds after your trial ends because the trial itself is the guarantee: 30 days with full access, 30 articles, no credit card required at signup. That's enough time and volume to know whether Findably works for you before you pay anything.
